Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the next day provided payment is validated/received before 12:00 hours.

Should the product not be in stock please allow a minimum of 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.

If products are not in stock, the customer order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the customer, on approval from Exqzit management.

Every effort is made to effect courier of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence EXQZIT will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions, otherwise you will be in breach of agreement of the use of this site.

 Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service or goods through this website.

Courier

Please ensure the correct courier address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Domestic door to door delivery is offered on order.

Courier costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

Our delivery times are 2- 3 Business days for any ‘Major Centers ‘and within 3 - 5 Business days for outlying areas. Any area outside of these Major Centers will be regarded as an Outlying area Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Bloemfontein.

We would love to deliver on time as promised. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot maintain or guarantee that any order will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

A confirmation email will be sent including your Invoice once your order has been received and processed. Also contained in this email will be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your goods once they leave our facilities.

Please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. In the event of a late delivery EXQZIT will not be held responsible for any costs, loss or damages.

Undeliverable Packages

Note occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. This will attract a courier fee.

Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a handling fee of 10%. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. We do not accept returns and thus encourage our patrons to be mindful of this.

EXQZIT endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and courier charges.

EXQZIT reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Our items are thoroughly checked before leaving our facilities. However, if there are any instance whereby the wrong product is couriered, we will gladly cover the courier for picking up and delivering the correct product. All returns will be at the discretion of EXQZIT’s Management.

Item returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless agreed upon with Exqzit Management.

EXQZIT will not be held responsible for damages caused by negligence, such as not following proper cleaning procedures. (Please read instructions attached to the packaging before cleaning) as if any attempts in criminal activity will be dealt with appropriately. We recommend dry cleaning for most of our garments, and this is noted on in our final invoices.

Please Note: Whilst we strive in every effort to ensure that colours shown in our products/services are as close as possible to the actual item, they may vary in hue due to colour calibration on your computer. There is no RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS on all sales items. Goods are sold as is.

 Payment Methods

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later stage in time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! We apologies for the inconvenience. We implore users of this website to use a valid credit card under their own name, as we will not be liable in the event of any losses occurred once a purchase has been made.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load EXQZIT as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products will be for your account.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. Similar to doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please email through your proof of payment to us on info@exqzit.co.za to ensure your payment is confirmed and order couriered as quickly as possible.

Lay-By

We understand that sometimes it can become difficult to purchase as many items as you with like all at once and have made the initiative to go the extra mile to offer our customers financing options. The terms of use of these financing facilities are as follows:

A deposit of at least 25% must be paid to commence the Lay-by.

Regular payments must be made on the Lay-by account during the term.

Unless otherwise agreed by Exqzit, the Lay-by term is 3 months.

A receipt must be obtained and retained for every payment made on the Lay-by Sale.

Goods cannot be uplifted until the Lay-by and all other monies owing on the agreement have been paid in full.

If an item is not on sale, you may, at any time before the purchase price has been paid in full and for any reason, cancel the Lay by giving to us notice to that effect.

A cancellation fee of 10% on the total invoice value will be charged and will be deducted before any refunds are paid.

If the Lay by agreement is breached and you have not contacted Exqzit to make alternative arrangements, this agreement will be terminated, and the cancellation fee and terms as stated above and below will apply.

a. You will be advised in writing that we wish to terminate the agreement and you will have 7 days to complete the payment in full: or

b. The agreement will be cancelled, the garment returned to stock and the refund calculated in accordance with these terms and conditions.

c. All refunds will be paid into a nominated Bank Account. If alternative payment is required, then please discuss with Exqzit.

Please Note We do not accept cash on delivery as a form of payment for security purposes. 

Security Policy

1. Payfast Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents, and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.

2. Payfast Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Payfast Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.

4. Payfast Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order at any time if we feel there may be a breach of these terms and conditions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates. I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to EXQZIT and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by EXQZIT for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
